2008 NASCARXBL360.com League Rules and Regulations

1) You must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for League competition.

2) Xbox Live Headsets are required during league races, for proper on-track communications among other drivers.

3) Drivers under contract must remain with thier respective teams until relieved of thier current team contract. Release from a Team Contract and movement to another team will result in a 50 point Driver Point Deduction in the event of a Driver initiated Team Change.

4) Drivers must maintane a professionalism while racing, Vulgar Language that is deemed disrespectful towards another driver(s) will merit a 15 point penalty.

5) Races Cut Short of 75% completion will be required to run the remaining Closets number of laps.

6) Drivers will be allowed (3) 100 Point Provisionals, and (3) Sub Driver Provisionals to use at their leisure throughout a 36 race season. A Sub Driver running for a Cup Driver must be outside of the top 15 in Cup Championship Points, and or a Lower Series Nationwide or Truck Series Driver, who does not compete on the Cup Level. Cup Series Driver who do no normally run in a lower series may fill in as needed on the Lower Levels.

7) There will be No Restarts to a race, unless the connection is dropped from the EA Servers, or Racing Host. If there is a loss of 3 or more drivers at one single point, without DNFing out of the event, a race is to be "paused" and restarted with the amount of laps remaining. This would be a Local EA Server Drop, warrenting a fair oppertunity for drivers to finish races. This could be used on a Case By Case Basis.

8) Damage will be on for all races.

9) Yellow and Black Flags will be used for all races.

10) Race Leangths will be the Following: 55% for Cup, 65% for Nationwide, 85% for Trucks and 30% for the Super Series.

11) Drivers are to keep a level of respect among each other at all times and on all communication possibilities. This includes, text, video, forums activity, and voice communication.

Failure to comply with the above rules, will result in disiplinary action from League Officials, up to and including Termination from League Activity.
