2010 NASCARXBL360.com League Rules and Regulations
1) You must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for League competition. Exceptions may be made, however the league commissioner subjects all minors in race incidents.
2) Xbox Live Headsets are required during league races, for proper on-track communications among other drivers.
3) Drivers under contract must remain with their respective teams until relieved of thier current team contract. Release from a Team Contract and movement to another team will result in a 50 point Driver Point Deduction in the event of a Driver initiated Team Change.
4) Drivers must maintain a professionalism while racing, Vulgar Language that is deemed disrespectful towards another driver(s) will merit a 15 point penalty.
5) Races Cut Short of 75% completion will be required to run the remaining Closets number of laps.
6) Drivers will be allowed (3) 100 Point Provisionals, and (3) Sub Driver Provisionals to use at their leisure throughout a 36 race season. Drivers in the chase may only use the SUB driver provisional on one occasion while in the chase. The driver can use the other three 100 point provisionals if they have not yet been used.*(AMENDED 8/18/09)
7) Restarting of rooms will only occur when the EA servers do not allow racing to resume or Massive Damage has been issued to FOUR (4) or more drivers under a caution.
8) Damage will be on for all races.
9) Yellow and Black Flags will be used for all races except the Road Course events in which Blacks only will be on.
10) Race Lengths will be the Following: 55% for Cup, NWS and CWS.
11) Drivers are to keep a level of respect among each other at all times and on all communication possibilities. This includes, text, video, forums activity, and voice communication.
12) Match ups will be done by point standings for the entire race season, after the first 5 events.
13) The Fuel/Tire Glitch will not be tolerated. If you get this glitch accidentally, you will be required to pit within the normal pit period with everyone else. We will be watching for this so don't think you can get away with it. (ADDED 08/12/09)
14) Lucky Dog Glitch: All Drivers 1 or more laps down MUST PIT and Take four Tires and Fuel. Failure to do so will result in a 20 point penalty. If one driver is the only car a lap down, they do not need to pit.
15) Practice will begin at 8:15 PM for the Cup Series. Race Days are set for Sunday in Cup, Wednesday for Trucks and Thursday for Nationwide. CWS and NWs events begin at 9:00 PM Eastern with a start time of 9:30 PM.
16) Passes to the left are now allowed, due to poor restart gears and looking to avoid accidents on restarts.( Added 2-1-10)
17) Looking to intentionally wreck a driver will result in a minimum of a 150 point penalty, but also could be subject to removal from the league.
18) Wrecking Drivers to win on the white flag will result in the winner being docked 75 points, and a 1 race suspension. This will only occur in the event that 2 or more drivers, not on the same team, are witnesses to the event
19) Forum Taunting/Name Calling/ Unsportsmanlike conduct will result in loss of forum privileges and a 100 point deduction from their championship total in all three series.
20) The commissioners have the right at any point to excuse and exclude drivers from racing. Racing here is a Privilege and not a Right.
Failure to comply with the above rules, will result in disiplinary action from League Officials, up to and including Termination from League Activity.
